Terms and Conditions
At HeavyLifters Network Ltd. (HeavyLifters), we make our best effort to review and evaluate your iPhone app idea within five business days. This evaluation is completely free of charge and does not carry any obligation to you. We will not share your idea outside our internal evaluation team. If it is unique, we will not take ownership of or develop your idea into an iPhone app without your written acceptance of our offer and contract. However, if you refuse our offer and contract, we reserve the right to accept and develop another, similar iPhone app idea should one be submitted by another party, no sooner than three months after your original submission.
If more than one party submits the same idea within the evaluation period, we are not likely to produce the iPhone app. However, if we do decide to proceed with such an app, the first person to submit the idea will be given the first opportunity to accept our offer and contract. If the offer and contract are not accepted, we reserve the right to proceed with the second party. We will notify you in order of submission and give you five business days to decide if you would like to proceed before we move on to the next submission.
